Per one of my blogger readers request, I will do my best to review the HYIP called, Legisi. Legisi has been around for a long time now. It has opened its door to many HYIP investors since Dec. 28, 2008.
According to the site, it will not scam peoples money. Come on give me a break, Legisi. Looks like it is a pure ponzi scam to me. It pays very small rate of return, so it can prolong the life span of the program. Here are the stats I have taken from the site:

- Running days 117
- Total accounts 531
- Active accounts 329
- VIP accounts 46
- Total deposits $ 878,777.64
- Today deposited $ 27,252.01
- Today withdrawn $ 1,076.26
- Total withdrawn $ 22,694.50
If you take a close look of the stat, it took in almost $1 million, and yet it only went out by a mere $22K, slightly over 2% has been withdrawn by the depositors. I am sure a lot of people are in the red right now. For a HYIP site, 10% monthly return will take 10 months to recover your investment. I believe this program is closing to the end. Furthermore, it is almost 3 years now, I would think this program will be folding by the end of the year by the longest. Do not fall into the trap.
