In short, the admin has handed over payment tasks to another admin (not sure if he is new, or if this is just another task added), but he is currently in contact with AlertPay to transfer his account to a business account. Once this process is complete, an accounement stating so will be released, and payments will resume. Also, expect a change in the TOS to reflect a shorter payment wait in the near future.
