Funnily enough I started out, after college, as a trainee reporter, and now several decades later, I'm back to writing (ultimately) for money. You don't need to be a great writer Lets get something straight right up front. You do not need to be a great writer to write great articles. There are so many resources online to give you terrific advice on style, language, the "dos and don't", and so on, all you need to do is Google How to write articles online. I just did it and got a return of 'up to about 10,100,000 for how to write articles online. You may not need that many!
