After careful consideration, I've decided to allow the lifetime affiliate pages to stay as is. I would appreciate all affiliate page owners to please check the ads on your page. I noticed that some of the sites are no longer valid, in one case it's a parked domain. You can't make any money if the site isn't available. :)

Oh I almost forgot, the affiliate page now includes 3 Rotating Top Banners, 10 PTC Ads worth 0.01c each, 10 Text Side Links and 2 Rotating Bottom Banners. If you don't have that many ads on your page, please send the additional ones via the help desk, affiliate page changes.
