WebMoney Transfer payment system has announced about that its gold reserves have been increased up to 48 kg. At the moment WebMoney Transfer system owns 48 gold bullion bars, each weighing one kilo, including 30 Valcambi SUISSE bullion bars and 18 Emirates Gold bullion bars. All the gold bullions have purity of not less than 995.0.

WebMoney Transafer has introduced its gold-backed purses - WMG or WebMoney Gold in July 2007. The Guarantor for WMGOld is WM Metals FZE (UAE). The Guarantor, as per agreement with the licensed depositaries also provides safe-keeping of the bullions. Along with gold e-purses the system provides US dollar and Euro purses and purses for local currencies.
