The Walt Disney Co. stated that on Monday they are buying Marvel Entertainment Inc. for $4 billion, bringing characters like Iron Man and Spider-Man into the family of Mickey Mouse and WALL-E. Verifield have purchased MARVEL ENTERTAINMENT (NYSE: MVL) on Sunday night during after-hours at approximate price of $38.65. Sold the shares just a few minutes ago at $48.83 per share. Estimated profit from this trade - 26.34%.
