Basebucks.net administrator has warned in advance that the program will not be available for some time due to technical reasons:

We are currently switching servers. It may take a few hours before the domain name points to the new hosting.

Almost the same info posted on the program site. We hope that this change will run smooth and the program will return back to continue paying investors.
