Stereafunds.com administration warns that some members may have problems with accessing their accounts due to a technical issue. Here are instructions for those who face this problem:
We did a minor database roll back to fix a security issue, only a few accounts are affected, if you are able to login to your account, it means that your account is not affected.
If you are unable to login to your account, please re-create your account with the same username and personal details & signup under the same upline (if you have any). If you have made a deposit, please send us the following information:
- Batch number
- LR/PM account
- Amount of deposit
- Joined under daily or weekly plan
We will verify it with our LR/PM records and manually credit the amount to your account along with any interests you gained during this roll back.
