It seems like TopFinancial (topfinancial.com) is having some problems processing payments as there are multiple complains on pendings. Withdrawal option on some accounts is also disabled.
Actually TopFinancial growth has almost stopped for two months, and things became better only a few days ago. This may be caused by a new attractive investment plan opened by the program’s admin. Is it just a way to pull the program out of stagnation or another trick to fill the pockets and leave? Only time will tell. Anyway the program is currently not advised to invest in.
