And now concerning the problem solving. As it was repeatedly stated the main solution would be the change of layout of the main site. There would be a new support ticket system and the work of feedback service set. The admin showed us the patterns of the site and they look really nice. The main thing is to have this work done.
And to top of it Lars von Oldberg told us they have already opened two offices (one in Kigoma and one in Bujumbura), they do a lot of travelling, and the business is looking well. The investors' deposits supposedly come into proper use.
Confirmation of all this comes from regular payouts and steady work. PDC has no problems with payouts so far. The same cannot be said of their work.
