On March 27 the administration of a payment processor SolidTrustPay announced a schedule maintenance which was supposed to last during a night but it took much longer to complete it. The thing is that when the upgrades were completed, the login area of the website was not connecting properly, and no login session was being created. This problem has been solved and the maintenance has been successfully completed. The administration understands that it caused inconvenience for all investors who use the services of STP because their withdrawals in various programs were delayed.

Therefore they announced a “Fees Free Friday” in order to show their appreciation for everyone’s patience during the recent upgrades, which took much longer than expected. Today, on April 1 from 9AM EST and for the next 24 hours all member to member transfer fees are completed at no charge. If you receive funds from another STP member, it will be fees free. Even though today is April Fools' Day, this is not a joke :). The administration of SolidTrustPay says the following:

“No company can promise 100% perfection 100% of the time or promise that their website will be 100% available and working 100% flawlessly. But SolidTrust Pay CAN promise that it will do all it can to make things right and take care of the customer.”
