The following information is very important to those investors who use the services of one of the most popular payment processors AlertPay and withdraw their money to credit card. The administration of AlertPay has updated its blog announcing that from now on such operations are impossible due to temporary issues with AP's banking partners. Withdrawals by credit card will not be possible and validation codes to validate account holders' credit cards will not be sent until further notification.
If you have already initiated a withdrawal to your credit card, the withdrawal will be canceled and the funds will be returned to your AlertPay balance. You may still withdraw your funds through any of other available options such as bank wire, bank transfer, money order or certified check. If you would still like to validate your credit card, your card will be charged an amount between $1.00-2.00 instead of sending a validation code. When this charge appears on your credit card statement, you must confirm the exact amount in your AP account. After that you will be refunded for the charge to your AlertPay account.
The administration apologizes for the inconvenience and promises to post an announcement on the blog once their banking partners have resolved the issue.
