AlertPay is struggling for getting back investors' trust. As everyone knows, AlertPay has fallen to provide the proper credit card deposit and withdrawal option for a while. And now, finally, they are offering some sort of alternative. It's the pre-order process on the new Prepaid Debit Card. The pre-order is only available for the members in 48 countries of the world and it should mentioned that so far these cards will only be available in testing mode.
