NewGNI has issued another newsletter, notifying investors that Currency Exchange option that was implemented when Liberty Reserve went offline is disabled for now. As it's known from our last news NewGNI offered this option as a relief for the customers who wished to get rid of their LR.
So, despite the fact alternatives to complete withdrawals to other payment processors different from Liberty Reserve, were offered, not many people used this opportunity. And hence the option is now disabled. NewGNI is now paying smoothly in Liberty Reserve, completing hundreds of requests daily. People still need Liberty Reserve and hence NewGNI needs to have it in order to be able to make payments accordingly.
Now let's get back to internal troubles of NewGNI. It has been reported that some customers are still experiencing troubles with funding e-wallets. The problem appeared after the server was changed to BlockDos. Although no changes were done to the database, errors still occur. Hence NewGNI offers everyone who's having such troubles to get in touch giving the detailed explanation of the problem so that to be able to fix this issue ASAP.
