My-PTR has been a Tier 1/2 site for awhile now (roughly 2 and a half years), so this shouldn't apply to the majority of the members. This is for the members who may have joined as a promoter or joined before the restrictions were put into place.

Angola, Burma, Cote d'Ivoire, Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Liberia, Libya, North Korea, Sierra Leone, Sudan, Syria, Western Balkans (Bosnia & Herzegovina, Albania, Macedonia, Serbia (including Kosovo), and Zimbabwe.
No new promoter accounts will be created for members from those countries. Members from these countries may redeem for ads only.
